主要经历: 

1984年毕业于中山大学光学专业;1987年硕士毕业于中科院上海精密光学机械研究所;1987年至今在中山大学光电材料与技术国家重点实验室(原超快速激光光谱学国家重点实验室)工作,期间作为访问学者多次与香港科技大学和德国MAX-BORN研究所进行合作研究。曾主持广东省自然科学基金、国家863青年、教育部博士点科学基金、973子项目和广州市科技项目各一项,国家自然科学基金二项;指导和协助指导硕士、博士生20多名。在国内外学术刊物(SCI和EI)上发表论文80余篇,SCI收录的引用达400余次。
主要研究: 1)超快激光脉冲技术;2)光与物质相互作用,时间、空间与光谱分辨研究;3)激光物理与非线性光学;4)新型光电器件原理
