[1] 光子晶体中能谷调控光传输的理论与实验研究

研究了电磁对偶蜂窝状光子晶体,在拓扑平庸光子晶体中实现了光学谷霍尔效应和赝自旋态的单向传输;研究了全电介质蜂窝状硅光子晶体,理论预言并实验验证了边界态的宽带抗散射传输和谷光子态的单向传输。

[2] 拓扑光子晶体的非平庸禁带和光传输研究

构建了错列型双各向异性光子晶体,克服了材料频率色散引起的电磁对偶失配问题。实现了拓扑非平庸禁带,设计了具有抗散射传输特性的赝自旋光分束器。揭示了在非磁性双各向异性光子晶体中获得拓扑非平庸禁带的条件,摆脱了磁性材料限制,验证了有带隙边界态的抗散射传输特性。

[3] 零折射率狄拉克锥光子晶体的研究

利用各向异性物质参数,实现了位于布里渊区中心的双偏振狄拉克锥,克服了光隐身传输的偏振依赖问题。
